1. Eligibility

• Provide accurate and complete account information
• Use the platform only for lawful scheduling purposes
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

2. Account Responsibility

• Keep login credentials secure
• Maintain accurate account information
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access

3. Service Description

Sk8time is a scheduling platform that allows coaches to create, manage, and share lesson events with parents and students. Sk8time does not provide coaching services and does not guarantee lesson outcomes, performance results, or availability of any user.

4. Platform Use & Scheduling Model

Coaches use Sk8time to create and manage lesson events that may be shared with parents and students.

• Coaches are responsible for creating and managing all lesson events
• Events may be shared with parents or students for coordination
• Sk8time does not guarantee bookings, attendance, or business outcomes
• Coaches are solely responsible for scheduling accuracy and communication

Sk8time is not responsible for lost business, missed opportunities, scheduling conflicts, or platform access issues including downtime or service interruptions.

5. Subscriptions, Fees & Payments

• Some features require a paid subscription (monthly or yearly)
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe
• We do not store full payment card details
• Billing, invoicing, and payment processing are handled by Stripe

6. Coach Accounts & Trial Access

Coach accounts include a free 30-day trial period with full access to create and manage lessons and events.

After the trial period:

• Coaches cannot create or manage new lessons or events
• Coaches retain read-only access to previously created data
• Full access may be restored through a paid subscription

7. Parent & Student Access

Parent and student accounts are provided free of charge to view and coordinate lesson schedules created by coaches.

• Parents are responsible for staying informed about scheduled lessons
• Sk8time is not responsible for missed lessons or communication issues
• Any financial arrangements between parents and coaches are separate from Sk8time

8. User Conduct

• No illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activity
• No impersonation or misrepresentation
• No harassment or harmful behavior
• No interference with system security or operations
• No unauthorized access to data

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software are owned or licensed by Sk8time and protected by intellectual property laws.

10. No Warranty

Sk8time is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation, or that the service will meet your expectations.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sk8time shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of business, revenue, data, or opportunities arising from use of the platform.

Sk8time's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid (if any) for use of the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Service Availability

Sk8time does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues without notice.

13. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account at any time. Some minimal data may be retained for legal, security, or fraud prevention purposes unless full removal is required by law.

14. Termination

• You may delete your account at any time
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations
• Termination does not remove obligations accrued before termination

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Sk8time after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
